I think everyone's misinterpreting this. Few things.

-Sakurai said that no DLC is being considered at this moment. He's not opposed to DLC stuff later on, but not for while the game is in development.
-He stated that there would be some kind of character customizability, and it wouldn't be in the form of costumes. People are interpreting that as not wanting alternate costumes period, which he's not.

One last thing, don't hold your breath for Namco characters.

You know what I hope for the new smash bros.

They either just fucking take out Final Destination altogether or make it the only playable stage in a seperate "Tourney Mode" which you have to UNLOCK

Nobody says that in the competitive community. Besides, the most neutral stage has always been Battlefield, not Final Destination.

If it were up to me I'd remove Master Hand altogether and have something else as the supreme boss.

Well the supreme boss in Brawl was Tabuu technically. I hope they keep Master Hand, he's kind of part of the mythos now.

Advance Wars needs a rep, and and with Snake's possible exclusion we'd need another military character.



I'd love to see Sami make it in. She'd play like a faster, lighter clone of Snake, losing the technicality of his attacks in favor of a faster attack rate. Up B would be some sort of sick Rocket Jump.
