I don't think we'll be seeing the back of Marth either - he's kinda Fire Emblem's representative now - just as Captain Falcon represents F-Zero and Ness represents Mother/Earthbound.

I dunno, I think Nowi does a good job representing everything that Fire Emblem stands for. Her attacks could include throwing rocks, and her final smash would either be turning into a dragon or putting all the other players in jail.

Snake's return has been clouded with doubt from what I've heard other people say.

I don't follow the Metal Gears all that closely myself - I've just had people cast doubts on his return because of the direction Metal Gear has gone in since Brawl (celebrity voice actors and generally a 'more serious' direction for the series overall).

I can see them trying to put Zoroark in there, the illusion ability itself is good enough to possible get some gameplay cred over Mewtwo and Lucario.

The question would be how to make it to where the other players aren't as aware of the illusion dickery.

I don't think Zoroark has ever gained the same popularity as Lucario* somehow - so I doubt its inclusion. I can see the benefits of the illusion ability - though it'd be tricky to execute to effect in actual gameplay situations.

Personally I think a returning Mewtwo would be met with more approval than a new Pokemon.

Not sure if Pokemon Trainer will return - at least not with the same Pokemon in his/her party (Could be G5 or even G6 starters, possibly).

Everybody had different moans and groans about different characters - Sonic seemed okay enough to me - his FS was definitely a heavy hitter if you knew what you were doing - but no more so than Snake's.

I personally always felt that Zelda and Ike were overpowered/unbalanced but Le Great Handsome Oppressor would probably disagree with me on that one - he and Syobone were more in touch with the 'hardcore' SSBB community, IIRC.

Bowser gets his clown car, an array of Barrel Cannons launch Donkey Kong around the stage, Captain Falcon gets a bitchin' ranbu attack, all in addition to their original smashes.
