In most MMO, there are bosses that drop incredible items, but that hardly drop, making you kill the same boss every time. I suggest a comic about a boss (any, to be honest) fighting many players, then they kill him and find nothing. They wait he come up again and beat him once more.
The funny part would be make the comic in the boss view, like (Boss: Yeah, 30 minutes and nothing, I guess no one want my incredible rare drops *group of players appears* Adventurers: Time to kick booty and chew bubblegum! *boss is killed* Boss Soul: At least I don't need to suffer anymore with a random party of noobs. *boss come back to life* *Boss look at the adventurers and the adventurers look at the boss* *Boss makes a nervous smile and waves*).

Captain N could use his video game control pad to change the plot and pause the characters, just like he could in a real video game.
