I've never noticed a case where a girl was "forced" to play a healer, they usually play them out of free will. And not to sound sexist but I think one reason for that is that healer classes are often seen as easy and in multiplayer games, less competitive than damage-dealing classes.

Well GW2 doesn't have the trinity, but any ways everyone is told to be a healer because most of the time no one wants to be one.

Medic is my second most played class in TF2.
