As far as I've learned in college, the heart is so slightly to the left that it's honestly negligible as far as anyone not intending to cut open humans in concerned, and I think if someone can't determine the, like, latitude of the most obvious and familiar organ in the body, there's more problems here than the test being super simplistic.
