I would assume it refers to fetish stuff like BDSM as well as rough sex and the like.
Or it could refer to all porn, you never know with these people.

This is the second time now that the smell of my urine has been a major improvement in the school bathrooms
This school is just. Ugh. Both toilets had unflushed shit in them.
