Generally I don't like having sharp blades in close proximity of my privates, but personal grooming kind of takes precedence when you're in a relationship T.T .
My shaving machine has a separate part that can be used for hair trimming... And the skin in your crotch isn't exactly smooth, so you can get... bitten...

As long as you don't cut your skin it doesn't really matter what scissors you use hygiene wise.
