There's something seriously wrong when you have to hide eating food from your mother. How long until you can move out anyway?

i can't move out until i have a job and i'm unemployable so that's not going to happen anytime soon

i really need to look into something like a appetite suppressant because this is something i have to deal with almost daily sometimes and it's just not normal and i'm starting to realise that

are you just super hungry or is it more of a you can't tell when you're full so you keep eating? obv my first suggestion is see a dr but since i know that's not always an option for you, maybe measuring your portions might help? and just try to tell yourself I CAN'T EAT ANY MORE THAN THIS haha. I'd be hesitant about appetite supressants since you don't want to never get hungry and not eat enough, either. But it might be just enough to balance you out...

Four days spent in a hotel with some people I've never met before? I'd been preparing my entire life for that challenge.

Only issue was that when I finally got home, I forgot to take off my boots before my Pavlovian shitting response kicked in. Removing my boots so I could sit properly took the most frantic twenty seconds of my life.
