I don't get the term Explosive Diarrhea and why people use it like an actual medical thing. Is there some kind of threshold Shit Per Second rate where it ceases to be normal Diarrhea and becomes Explosive?

I almost googled "explosive diarrhea" to see if I could find an answer, and then I came to my fucking senses and closed the shit out of that tab.

I always thought it was more "I've had diarrhea in the past, but this specific episode was especially rediculous!" when you talk about explosive diarrhea.

It's when your bowels are spasming and causing the stool to shoot out without much conscious effort other than the initial squeeze. There's no stopping it either. Most commonly due to the body rejecting it and wanting it out ASAP.
