everyone's body reacts differently to birth control...honestly i'd hold out a little longer and see if it helps, but unfortunately constant light bleeding is a pretty common effect of any bc that makes you stop your periods completely. i personally couldn't handle both the bleeding (ew ew ew) nor the lack of a period as i need to see i'm not pregnant every month or i start getting super paranoid >>lyra/dicks wrote:it's actually not heavy at all
it's really really really light so like i said it's more of an annoyance than anything else
i think if it was really that concerning, my doctor would have been more worried instead of just brushing it off like it was no big deal
Also, i really hear the implant isn't that bad! i've thought about getting it myself since i am not really the best at keeping up with my pills...i take them every day but not always at the same time whoops haha. when i get married i would like something a bit more reliable but considering it's like 6 weeks til the wedding i doubt i'll get a gyno appt in time haha + the one i went to last time i loved the dr but the office staff was horrendous; super rude and they charged our insurance for shit that we didn't eve have done ugh
