Re: The Dating Stories/Progress thread
God daisies it I'm technically an adult and this little whippersnapper is already more successful in his love life then me.
Still have yet to even hold hands with someone romantically.
And that's all I really want. I just want some fucking contact.

Shhhh no rushing, one day you will be graced with the v.
Or the d, if you're into that.
Or the D v D.
There's a lot of things to grace yourself with in a relationship.

Re: The Dating Stories/Progress thread
I know, I know...
I'm just a hopeless romantic and I've been fantasizing dates since I've been little, and I still have nothing. I'm not going to rush it, but I'm really anxious to finally get something going.
It's the D.

Re: The Dating Stories/Progress thread
I'm a bit anxious for a relationship in the sense that I want to experience a real one to know what exactly I want out of them. I can have ideas, but it doesn't mean a daisies thing until I'm actually experiencing it.
But, for now, I'm really content to not be in a relationship. I'm not at a point in my life where I think I'm stable and independent enough for one, so I'd rather wait until I am.
At least until I see a guy that's kinda cute... and almost definitely hetero, sigh.

Yeah, we're on the same page.
Why do straight guys have to be so fucking cute.

Yeah, just don't rush into things. Says the guy who rushes into things.
Anyway, I think I've been destined to set the Guiness World Record for Shortest Relationship Ever. My longest was four months, next one was three months, next one was three DAYS, and the last technically ended in two days, but we got back together a few weeks later, then broke it off again in like two months. Then got back together. Then ended it for good.

Re: The Dating Stories/Progress thread
At least you didn't have Schrodinger's Relationship like me.
My ex and I started dating because "lol, it'll be fun to act like a couple" when we knew eachother for kind of a week. I didn't take it seriously, but she did, so then I took it seriously, and then it just kinda wavered until it fell apart.
I still don't know how the fuck it went from "lol, we're friends and we've never dated, so we can be eachother's first, tee hee" to actual "relationship".
Then again, about the only real relationship thing we did was her trying to figure out how to move in with me, and that wasn't going to fly...
Don't "date" young, kids (note the comma, though, also don't do the alternative).

Re: The Dating Stories/Progress thread
One relationship lasted like two and a half months, then one lasted a few weeks, and now I've been with my gal for around four months.
I guess the secret is to never ever see each other, since we're long-distance.

Since this is garbled English, please refer to the brutal attack of confusion.

Re: The Dating Stories/Progress thread
Same here
Long-distance is fine with me but it'll be goddamn ages until I'll finally meet him irl
He lives in New York and I'm planning to go to NYCC next year so I'm hoping he can somehow convince his parents to let him go (which according to him will be very unlikely) sadface
