It's an understandable concern. It's actually half the concern I have in my current predicament. T be honest I only know this girl for a total of about 2 weeks. There's that possibility that we have bodaciously nothing in common.

It's not going to keep me from trying, but it's still a valid concern.

Okay first, if you start complaining about not being with the "perfect girl" then congratulations, you are just as bad as the "friendzone" guys (just on the opposite side of the spectrum!).

Second, if your partner does something you don't like, then TELL THEM because otherwise you are making yourself miserable. Relationships are two-way streets, there must be communication on both ends.

Third, sexual compatibility is important in almost any relationship. If you don't have it, you'll most likely run into issues. When you don't have it, you and your partner should TALK and figure things out from there and hopefully end up at some sort of compromise. If your sex life still isn't satisfying then it's possible you may need to find someone else if sex and sexual factors are important in your relationship (and it is not a bad thing if they are).

Relationships are not magical and perfect right away. You may not like facebattling, she may not know how to facebattle properly, or your styles of facebattling just don't mesh. There are several factors, could be one or could be all. Who knows! It's a mystery, but talking will help solve it.

As for her not liking the same stuff as you, I can't make any suggestions outside trying to involve her in things you enjoy.

If you don't try at having a relationship then you might as well just call her a fuck-buddy and be done with it, because that's what this sounds like. (FwBs are not a bad thing either.) If the only reason you're pop flyin' is because you get to put your penis in her vagina, then you need to re-evaluate your relationship.


EDIT: Also Reyo super congrats on the girl! Falling into relationships happens more often than you think, haha. Even if you haven't known her long, now's your chance to get to know her. I mean best-worst case scenario is you guys find yourself better as friends, but at least you gave things a shot.
