I don't understand why you think getting back with him is a thing that should and will happen.
I mean, lets pretend for a moment that this is a wonderful person and that you actually do need him in your life.
He left you. He is ignoring you. He doesn't want to be with you. I don't think you're supposed to do anything other than accept the other person's feelings and move on.
You're not gonna find happiness with someone who can leave you so easily.
Take the Bat's advice and make some friends.

Also I implore you to not continue dating on the internet. It can really be a crapshoot, and even people who have been in other relationships before can have a hard time with the long distance aspect of it.

You really shouldn't be emailing him at all. He's gone. Let him go. Show that you're independent. You don't need him anymore.
