Been in a really bad anxiety period lately, and it doesnt look like its going to get better. I dont know, it just feels like everything is so pointless. Everything I do, feel and say has been done a million times before, so why even bother?

My half-sister called me today and told me that our dad is doing pretty badly and asked if I wanted to visit him before he passes. I'm so conflicted on what to do. It's not a cheddar thing. Fuck, I have ways to pay for a flight to Dallas. I just don't know if I want to see him. He was in the hospital last winter and it tore me apart to see him like that. But I know if I don't go and see him that it is incredibly selfish on my part. I just don't know what to do...

Go and see him. It's just one of those things you'll probably end up regretting at some point if you don't, and it would make him a little bit happier, I'm guessing.

I have to stop being friends with Zeke because he said he thinks soldiers are bad people and kind of deserve the things that happen to them.

I'm from a military family and he knows that.

He told me my veteran dad was a bad person even after I tried to explain all the things he's been through.

I can't forgive him.
