I did not get into the animation program I worked really hard into getting into, but I can still work harder, I can still leave...
I'm just very disappointed in myself.

I felt worried that a really big game update came out on the day we go to vacation then felt like a horrible person for worrying more about that than starving people.

I didn't get the job and must continue my existence as a broke college student living in her parents' basement.

oh god oh god not sure if my friend is mad at me for reals because they cussed at me (in text). WE'RE NOT AT THAT LEVEL OF FRIENDSHIP YET
Edit: Nope. They were really cursing at me. They're still mad over my tooth paste oreo prank in 9th grade.

I guess the only other person who will care about this is Blitz Walrus but the Ultimate Warrior passed away just a few days after returning to WWE and getting included into the hall of fame.

Wile it's true I wouldn't call Warrior the greatest guy ever, I'm sad to hear about his death. I have fond memories of watching 80's/90's wrestling with my dad and my friends, and he was always a favorite. Also it always saddens me wen people die so young.

wrestling in general gets pretty sad. All the steroid use in the 80's crippled a lot of people late in life, and all the uprotected chair shots and general dangerous shit of the attidude era really fucked up some guys mentally.
R.I.P Eddie, still miss you hombre.

Im actually more surprised that most of the old ECW guys are still alive. New Jack and The Sandman should by all logic have died years ago.

My dad's been denying any outing I try and go to that involves any guy what so ever. I'm pretty sure he still thinks I'm a slut. He doesn't call me it anymore, but he keeps making up excuses to make me not go out. The second I said my guy friend's name he just scowled and grumbled. Call me a dramatic teen, because 75% chance is that I am, but I feel like Cinderella. Can't go to the ball unless I clean the house more, wash all my clothes, fix the shoes in the hall, vacuum, clean my room, hell I have to just stay home to watch my 8 year old brother. Which is unreasonable because they'll be here at home too. All I want to do is volunteer at a Oyster Bake at a college! This is ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as them denying me going to a weekly get together with my friends to play DND. WE'RE SITTING AROUND A TABLE AT A PUBLIC AREA PLAYING PRETEND WITH A BOARD GAME. MOM, DAD, PLEASE.
Worst of all, I'm starting to think I'm not good enough to go out. My big brother is belittling me and being over bearingly sarcastic and talks down to me. I know that some of what he says is the truth, but because of all of this, I just feel like I should just stop trying. Stop trying to go out and just stay home. I'm already staying after school almost 5 days a week because of club stuff.. I keep trying to re-evaluate myself and do stuff to be better, but it's either I don't do it, I don't do it well enough, or they just don't notice. I just wanna sneak out tomorrow now.

Yell at your fucking parents. When my parents would make unreasonable demands f me to keep me from going out, I did two things; I told them off and I refused to do the things they wanted me to do unless they met me half way. Also it is completely awful for anyone to call you a slut but I trust you know that already.

I try to yell at them, but I end up crying when I am arguing with them. Oh, and now to make things worse I have a driving lesson tomorrow right after noon, and I can't cancel unless I want to pay another $40 for the fee. If they hear about this they'll flip out and won't let me go. I'm either gonna have to do some risky business to go from a driving lesson to volunteering, or I just don't get to go to volunteer at all and my friend's mom's reputation at her work is hurt. I don't wanna do that to them.
