What I'm about to say could probably turn into taboo really fast, but I'm kinda sad that Josh Macedo deleted his Tumblr. I'm not even sure if this new one I found is really made by him, but I think it is.

I don't think he's going to be back on tumblr for a while, angelic. The last I heard, he was in the hospital. I liked reading some of his stuff too but after everything came to light regarding the things he was doing behind the scenes I wasn't all that disappointed to see him go.

Malum I think it's safe to assume that she knows, at the very least, that some taboo things have come to light about him. That doesn't mean that she can't be disappointed that he's gone, and as a result of something like that.

Hell I remember when I was a kid and one of the priests at my school was ousted for similar crimes, and I was sad to see him go despite that. Emotional connections with people are not always completely severed because of something terrible being discovered about them.

I'm not gonna go on about this too long because it's only relevant to the discussion and not the topic, but honestly I wasn't very shocked when all this stuff came out about him. He's always been pretty rude, and one time when I asked him about it he outright told me privately that he wasn't trying to further any causes like feminism or equality. Dude was just using the platform to bully people and to get attention, I assumed. Didn't shock me too much when I found out it was to prey on young girls as well.

I don't miss him, if anything I'm sad this is what it took for people to finally see how messed up the dude was.

I think a lot of my close friends aren't going to be coming to my 18th birthday party. It's kinda an important event in my culture, but some haven't been to it before, so why now? Sigh. I just feel like I'm taken for granted sometimes, but I (stupidly) convince myself to keep hanging with them, especially since this is our final year. Also, why can my friends who are like border-line acquaintances come, but not the ones I want to be there most? It's just a party, but it'll be a big-ish semi-formal one. I just wanna luagh, have fun with friends, wear a pretty dress, and feel special for my birthday.. ;~;
