Help Xabyrn make a movie!!!
Re: Help Xabyrn make a movie!!!
You guys. Holy shit, you guys
ffffffffffffff
You guys are the best
And sorry Exeres, I deleted your comment, just because this page is getting forwarded all over the place to family and such, so I'm trying to keep it clean of language and such. But I appreciate the enthusiasm!
But seriously, thank you so much for the generous offer.

Didn't realize the comment had to be SFW, sorry about that. It wasn't important anyway.

Your name is attached to your Formspring, Exeres. Your generosity can't be a secret.
Character is what you are in the dark.

I was just meaning to hide the amount.
Also Formspring is functionally dead to me since it refuses to allow me to sign in anymore.

Why's that, may I ask?Lambeth wrote:Ooooh I don't like IndieGoGo. If this were on Kickstarter I would leap to my wallet.
I went with IndieGoGo because they have the Flexible Funding option, meaning, even if I don't reach my goal by the deadline, I still get the donations I received, whereas with Kickstarter if you do not reach that goal you get nothing.

Also, there's math to be taken into account. In reference to Exeres post, not Xab's. What are you going to do in the event of only partial funding? Coke binge? Charitable donation? Teaser trailer?

Well whatever, if someone just has to know how much I donated, than yeah they can puzzle it out.
Re: Help Xabyrn make a movie!!!
Oh, that? Don't worry, your donation amount is anonymous.

Re: Help Xabyrn make a movie!!!

With Kickstarter the cheddar goes to the person at the end of the funding period. IndieGoGo pays out the cheddar as it goes in. That seems risky to me.[Insert Fail] wrote:Why the preference?
Ah well you like it for the same reason I dislike it. I might get over it and donate anyway soon.Xabyrn wrote:Why's that, may I ask?Lambeth wrote:Ooooh I don't like IndieGoGo. If this were on Kickstarter I would leap to my wallet.

Edit: oh hey an afterthought. Kickstarter is also just a bigger site in general and hundreds of stuff get funded fully for way more that $1700 every day.
Re: Help Xabyrn make a movie!!!
I'll donate a little tonight once I get home. I know how tough it is to produce films with little funding. D:

Re: Help Xabyrn make a movie!!!
That is true, but it's such a gamble. I'd rather get something than constantly stress about meeting my goal.Lambeth wrote:Edit: oh hey an afterthought. Kickstarter is also just a bigger site in general and hundreds of stuff get funded fully for way more that $1700 every day.

Gave the last dollar I had in my paypal account. You are now 1 dollar closer to your goal. It may not be much, but I wish you the best of luck bro.
(P.S. If you still want to give me a title, I would like "Criminal Mastermind")

I think Cosmic Luigi suits you just fine.
Speaking of titles, I wouldn't mind Associate Producer appearing under my name.
