Build your deck around getting Exodia and OBLITERATE YOUR OPPONENTS

I never did like the Exodia cards. My deck right now is just the Yugi reloaded deck with a few cards taken out and replaced by other cards.

Alright, so, I need to get some new sleeve pages for my mtgcards, because I was a stupid little pumpkin and tried to fit ALL my copies of each card in there. Now I have learned the error of my ways, and only one copy of each card goes into the binders while the rest go into catalogued boxes.
Here's where this thread comes in. since I'm going to be moving each individual card around anyway, I'm wondering if you guys have any input on how I should organize the binders and boxes. they will be organized in the same order.
I currently have a system of:

separate binder per color
major type (instant, sorcery, etc.)
sub type (merfolk, trap, aura, etc)
cost
alphabetical

I hear a lot of people separate their mythics and such, which I already do with my foils and Unhinged, but I've never been super concerned with rarity. Any arguments that I should be?

ORGANIZATIONAL ADVICE GOOOOOOOOOO!

Organize by set and card number in said set. Magic has those right?

I sort my cards by set then by colour. All rares, no matter how worthless, go into a binder and the (un)commons are sorted alphabetically into neat little piles or boxes. This only really applies to cards that are (or were since Scars block) standard legal, as all my legacy stuff is almost permanently in decks

So: Set>Rarity>Colour>Alphabetical

sorting by set would make it easier to trade with people who only want current cards, and new additions would most likely be quicker to sort (and card numbers like Madican suggested would neatly order them by color and alphabetically), but organizing them in that fashion means that I will have 12 plus a miscellany sections of each color, none of which will lend themselves easily to finding cards for their function, which tends to speed up my deck building. Although I could probably go by color and then set, which would solve the 366358 different sections for each kind of card.
Which benefit do I want more, hm...

More of a Johnny, myself. This was fully cemented with my Bureaucracy deck, which is all about pillow forts, permits, and finally a filibuster.

I don't have a plethora of cards, so right now I just have a trade binder that contains all my rares/mythics/popular uncommons and everything else is organized into boxes based on general type (land box, token box, creatures). I do have a friend that has a bunch of cards with a binder organization system:

(Apparently this still isn't everything.)

I would recommend organizing them by set, then by color. I wouldn't worry too much about rarity. After color, my trade binder's organized by major card type.
