You show your responsibility by doing the dishes without being asked first.

Gonna wait this out (so others can get a good look). If nothing new has been posted when I get home from school I'm using this.D-vid wrote:You show your responsibility by doing the dishes without being asked first.

The Scenario wrote: You feel that you were a bit rude to your father, so you decide to get back on his good side by going and doing the dishes before he has a chance to get mad at you. You immediately pick up a plate and washrag, but you can feel your father's eyes on you and you turn slightly red from embarrassment. You feel like you should say something, but no words come to mind. Instead, you just focus on washing these dishes spotless. Just as soon as you finish with the last wine glass in the sink, your mother comes downstairs, fully dressed for work. She widens her eyes in surprise at seeing you being all grown up and taking on responsibility yourself. She looks at your dad but he just shrugs without a word. "Um, honey? Faura?" she asks and, grateful for the distraction from the awkward silence, you turn to face her.

The Scenario wrote:"Yes, mom?" you ask in your sweetest, most innocent voice possible. Hopefully everyone could forget your random outburst and play it off as hormones and excitement at turning eighteen. Your mother bought it, and she shook her head with a smile. "Oh, never mind." she said, walking over to your father and engaging him in conversation. You finish putting up the dishes and go up to your room. Opening your closet, you ponder your wardrobe.
