Re: Starting a Webcomic
Don't name your webcomic! Keep it a mystery for everyone!
That, or name it "Dicks".

''Hey, honey, what are you laughing at?''
''Oh, nothing, Mom, just dicks.''

Re: Starting a Webcomic
Ok. I apologize for blatantly ignoring information on the comic. The comic is similar in drawing style to XKCD, but with comic elements of both it and Awkward Zombie, yet without all the brain melting science and algorithms you find by hitting the 'random comic' button a few times.
EDIT: I' overlooked some minor sentence problems.

Alternately, Porygon is how the Asians said Polygon

Re: Starting a Webcomic
I like that 'Low Polygon Count' idea.
And YES, I did notice the stereotypical asian accent on the 'L' sounds in 'Porygon'. I thought I was the only one.
EDIT: Also, there will be science, but not as MUCH.

Re: Starting a Webcomic
I'll be able to post the first two comics tomorrow along with a layout of what it will look like. When I get the site, I'll try to post comics every 1-2 weeks. I hope that the proletariats (and Katie) don't think I'm trying to steal AZ's thunder.

Ok, I'd like to see what the comics would be like before doing anything too.
on another note, I would recommend Scott McCloud's book 'Understanding Comics' it's a great book, easy to read, and relevant.
(ok, honestly I thought this was an advice to starting a webcomic thread coming in)

Re: Starting a Webcomic
so
um
the comic doesnt really have any...
expression. you jusr drew what happens in a game.
the whole "my fathers arrow" thing never seems like a good idea imo.
i know you said it wasnt serious, but still..
i also suggest not using mspaint. if you want ideas etc from us,
you should probably post a "real" one of your comics.
(sorry if I sounded harsh)
