Name - Vance O'Connor
Fighting Style - Irish Brawling with elemental attacks integrated. Tends to utilize quick combination attacks rather than sheer power, but this trend is abolished with his ultra.
Appearance - Average height, fairly lean musculature. White tanktop undershirt tucked into somewhat baggy camo pants with black combat boots that have a single metal plate over the toes. Wears a simple black jacket with gray trim and white accents, and wears black fingerless leather gloves. Long, sleek red hair tied back in a sharp ponytail, and a soul patch beard with a long moustache hanging around either side of it.
Backstory - Vance was once a part of the IRA, recruited for his Ki mastery and elemental prowess, but was captured by S.I.N. There, he was experimented upon by Seth and the other scientists as part of Seth's data gathering for the BLECE project. The experiment was unsuccessful, and Vance broke free of Seth's capture and has since dedicated his life to bettering his abilities, leaving the IRA in the process. However, he soon returned to his homeland to begin honing his special form of Irish brawling, keeping his elemental powers in mind. The experiments, however, left his arms and legs horribly scarred, and he wears gloves to cover up the gruesome sight. As soon as word reached him about the latest Street Fighter tournament, he took this opportunity to hunt down Seth and crush S.I.N from existence, as well as the entire Shadaloo operation.
Theme - Needs an originally composed theme, but for now let's use this
Entrance - Free-falls from a helicopter as if skydiving, but instead hurtles toward the earth at insane velocities. Angles his body and barrel rolls into a standing position to avoid impact damage.

Stats
Strength - 6
Speed - 7
Dexterity - 7

Moves
Specials (Better-than-average signature moves. In Street Fighter they would be like Ryu's Hadouken or Guile's Flash Kick)
- Iron Strike combo: Right hook that follows up into either an uppercut (P) or a side kick (K), and finishes with either a whirlwind knuckle (P) similar to Zangief's double lariat or a rising whirlwind kick (K) similar to Gouken's Tatsumaki Gorasen.
- Thunder Palm combo: Leads off with a strong uppercut that launches the opponent into the air, then follows up with either a lightning-infused force palm (P) or a chasing (jumps after the opponent) mid-air grab (K) that electrocutes the opponent and flings them to the side.
- Scythe Reversal: (Counter attack, only occurs when struck during the retaliation stance) Reverse roundhouse heel kick into a midair wheel kick finishing with a flipping heel kick that catches the opponent's chin and brings them vertically into the ground. Also his boot is on fire while the finisher is in effect.
- Flaming Scythe: Performs a fiery flipping heel kick with different properties based on the strength of the kick used. It looks similar to Guile's Flash Kick, only instead of forward, he turns around and flips backward, using his heel to strike.
o LK - Performs a one-hit kick
o MK - Performs a three-hit kick
o HK - Performs a five-hit kick
Can be followed up with any kick several times for quick wheel kicks as the opponent falls, similar to Gen's "uppercut kick".
- Quickdash: Dashes faster than light for a short distance. Similar to the teleport move for Akuma but the Quickdash only goes forward. Can follow it up with an uppercut punch.

Super
- Force Driver: Dashes straight through an opponent and unleashes a barrage of quick punches from behind, finishing with an uppercut that launches the opponent into the air.
Ultra
- Hellfire Scythes: (Counter Ultra; only activates if someone attacks him in his focused preparation stance) Counters an attack with a quick dodge and then a heavy kick to the side. He follows up with a reverse roundhouse heel kick that launches them into the air, and he jumps up after them, slamming his boot into their stomach before twisting in midair and performing a flipping heel kick that smashes into their chin, his boot igniting with flames as he does so, and spins them in several falling vertical wheels before finally slamming them face first into the ground with his boot as the fire extinguishes and he jumps back into his fighting stance.
