I like the way this guy thinks

You pursue the drunken singing through the superstructures, eventually coming to a rather large man dressed in full pirate regalia standing on the edge of the deck. He doesn't notice you as he's facing towards the sea. At his feet there's a rather large bottle half filled with a dark amber liquid.
What do you do?

You ask the Blackbeard wannabe in your nicest sweetest most-totally-not-a-con-at-all voice if he'd care to share his alcoholic delight. He continues singing until you ask again, just a bit louder and not as sweet. You hear a zipper zipping, and he slowly turns and you can tell by his face, he's pretty hammered.

'oo th'ell 're you? he says slurring.

Name: Panius Platious

Fighting style: Weight distribution (Dodging), minor skill with knives.

Appearance/backstory: Robotic suited ninja, went to Ninja school. Excelled at the whole Dodging and Sneaking part, so much so that Panius focused solely on it. Panius soon after failed all other classes, and only appears to be competent at dodging. Panius makes up for it, however, by being amazing at it. Like, really fucking good. A bit of a coward, Panius is incompetent in fighting, and relies on the enemy exhausting themselves. It is suspected that Panius doesn't actually even dodge, but teleport into a pocket dimension between each blow, however no evidence is in existence except for Panius' extreme skill at dodging things that wouldn't even make sense, such as the ability to dodge automatic machine gun fire for a full sixty seconds.

Dexterity - 18

Specials:
Show them your STABS- Panius clumsily pulls out knives and throws them all. Surely if you fire enough of them, they'll do damage, right? Hmm... maybe you should set them on fire! And make them explode! That sounds like it would hurt!

Dangerous Forbidden Technique- Panius summons the souls of great ninjas past, who surround the foe and do the job RIGHT. Not like this guy. A disgrace to the ancestors, this Panius.

do people die in this RP or just get knocked out?

I'm imagining Mortal Kombat style fatalities, but no permanent deaths.

But before you can say another word he reaches toward a handle on his hip.

He proceeds to unsheathe a cutlass that is easily the largest blade you've ever seen.
"Yer prob'ly 'ere for tha treasure. Can't ez'actly 'ave ya runnin' about, *hic* naw can we?"

I had Street Fighter, KoF, and Soul Calibur in mind when I thought up of the RP, never thought y'all would care so much about the violence. The endings, whether they be by knockout or death are up to you for the most part
