DnD, I noticed the insect thing bothered you, yes. The killing for fun remark was a bit of a bait for response I admit. Bit of a stupid thing to do, I was kind of surprised by how serious you guys were taking this topic, and it was kind of bothering me, since I feel insect lifes are well, insignificant. I've thought about it and can respect that attitude to preserve all life though.

The reason I brought the insect thing up again was because I just had a biology class about them, and I wanted to share the info I got. I must admit you were kind of irking me as well in that discussion as well, especially with those comments about my lack of understanding of the ecosystem. I had typed up a response about the destructive effect insects had on many ecosystems and blabla, but the forum ate it and maybe that was for the better. I just let it rest afterward. I'm all cool with you now though to be clear .

Not so long ago you appeared to be deliberately trying to derail a thread and you seemed to outright attack another far more senior forumite unfairly, which bothered me to the point where I had to ask a mod to intervene and put you in your place.

I think this is about the TMI thread? If it isn't I don't know what you're talking about. As I recall, someone posted something about being shown shock images and his reaction. S/he also described said pictures(not in detail, just saying what they were) and someone else said that didn't belong in the TMI thread. I think Great Handsome Oppressor(correct me if I'm wrong) was the first to say it did, and I agreed with him and posted my interpretation of "TMI". It was at that point that Dark stepped in and corrected me. I don't remember anything about attacking forumites though. Then again, my memory does get shady from alcohol abuse , so feel free to correct me.

Also, I'm no saint; I've let my demons get the better of me in the past - and I haven't enjoyed dismantling some of your AZ history like this.

I appreciate you taking the time to do that actually. I like getting feedback(positive and negative) on anything I do.

I can understand you being frustrated with the focus on the insect/animal rights thing in the Taboo Topics thread; I can appreciate that sometimes I myself inadvertently take over/dominate a thread and other people might miss out on an opportunity to say something they need to get off their chest.

That later thing was about the TMI thread thing, yeah - on my part I may have been overly defensive on behalf of [Insert Fail].
