I have a better idea. Let's put the GROUND in prison. That makes just as much sense right? It's the one that did the shaking after all.

And the Facebook thing isn't as bad as you make it sound. Facebook basically told him to hand over the data, tell them who he gave the data to, if anyone, and wanted the website information.
And since they knew he was running a blog, they didn't want him discussing it, though of course, by this point I'm guessing they knew he made a post about buying the information, so the cat was already out of the bag?
Even so, it's not like they sold him the data and are telling him to keep quiet about it.
