You obtained approximately 1500 acres of land from your grandfathers death, and it was passed to you, in hopes that you could use your special skills to turn a profit.



The boxed in part is what you have. There is the city to the southeast, mountains to the northwest, and a lake to the south. A river runs through your land, and part of the lake is in your border. Your land ends just before the mountains.

The green spray paint is trees, and there is a clearing. In this clearing, there is a small cabin.

I will be adding later what land belongs to which people, and take note you can buy land for the right price.

Also your like a gambler or something so you only have 1000 dollars. Go.

You go into your cabin. There are just a few things, such as an ax, fishing pole, and rope. However, they are all in bad condition, they have been sitting here for years, not properly stored! The fishing pole has no line, and the rope is all tangled. The ax looks like it wont be good for long, only a few thin trees before it snaps.
