I have fallen so behind with this oops! Here's a very tiny update in between working on commissions.
Well, you need to cross, but it doesn't look like Glabnoir will let you pass without completing some sort of task.
You ask him what you need to do to cross the bridge.
"You're about as dumb as y'look, guy! I already toldja what ya need t' be doin'! You have to ask permission!"
You have half a mind to punch the little smartass.
You can ask permission to cross or try to find another bridge.
