You attempt to roll, ignoring the fact that you are standing directly in front of a wall.

Way to go, Lonk.

She just wanted to inform you that the smith in Castle Town finished that Sword and Shield you ordered.

If Castle Town wasn't a 3 days walk you'd go and get them now. As it stands you need supplies.

If we would have preemtively gone shopping we'd be ready by now.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED: LIKE I'M SAYING NOTHING AT ALL!

Completely ignore a plot point

(For the record I'm keeping track of about fifty achievements. See if you can get them all!)

You are out of cheddar due to buying supplies, though. You know, for your trip to Castle Town, because you knew this was happening.

Hopefully your superpunch didn't destroy all your food.

Doing a full inspection would be incredibly time-consuming and work intensive, so you examine several points of interest.

Thank god your desk is still intact. Your mother would probably come back from the dead and haunt the fuck out of you if that had gotten broken.

Your mother came from a long line of historians. A particular bottle of ink has been passed down through the generations. It is SUPPOSEDLY MAGICAL, although it doesn't seem very magical to you. It never runs out though which is kind of handy, and you guess a little bit magical.

Your mother, of course, insisted that you carry on the family tradition. You are pretty handy with a pen, and have even written down and illustrated some of your adventures with Shalonda in a book.

You can see no way this particular set of skills could ever help you.

Your kitchen is also intact, so your food is fine too.

All the stuff that is broken you can just replace by stealing it from your neighbors like you usually do. No one dares to go into your house, so you get away with it all the time.

You are a bit of an asshole.

But oh wait what is this thing that you have never seen before

Image

It appears to be a chest.

Only instead of iron it is made of the hardened agony of a thousand souls. The box is screaming with pain. bodaciously. The tormented cries of an innocent soul condemned to an eternity of pain echo from the mouth of the chest. The lock whispers of a timeless evil contained within the confines of this eldritch container.

This is something that man was never meant to lay eyes on, much less open.
