Because.Occasionally when fapping the hairs get caught and it HURTS. and it's just more comfortable.

Also being hairless (or mostly hairless) is arguably cleaner and won't retain smells as much :D And for females, no worries about blood in the bushes.

I trim really short/shave my pits.
It seriously smells a million times better and deodorant actually applies onto your skin where it does good, not just sitting on the hair being all gross and shit.
