blah blah blah don't know how tall i am mum reckons i'm under five foot etc.

Although when I went home for the weekend not long ago I discovered that I have actually grown somewhat, if just a little. Before, if I stood at the kitchen worktable and someone tried to open the cupboard above my head, the door wouldn't touch me. Now it brushes against my head. :'D

...also i wish my stepsister would stop growing because she's only just turned 13 and she's already quite a bit taller than me

Meh, a good bit of exercise helps with that. Since I started my regiment I haven't had any sort of back pain. It migrated to my core muscles instead.
