Fun fact: there is a canal that leads from your ear to your throat! It's calle dthe Eustachian Tube. It exists for pressure balance and for drainage of mucus. That's why sometimes things that affect your ear or throat also affect the other! It is also one of the many reasons your voice sounds different to yourself than it does for others!

I'm not sure if what you're talking about is actually two small extra orgasms, and if it is, it doesn't officially count as multiple orgasms.

tl;dr It kind of surprised me too, but apparently all you have to do is try really hard to not pee just before orgasm . It gets easier if you locate the muscle while peeing and then practice the muscle later. It's a lot harder than it sounds though, because the pulsing reaction during orgasm can be way to powerful to stop.
