I have underbite severe enough to force me to get surgery if I don't want to spend the rest of my life with pain, and no such troubles have presented themself for me.

I won't go into any details, but you know those pimples that get so big they're almost spherical and popping them is like making a volcano explode? I recently resolved that situation in a particularly annoying and painful area on my body.
