Anyway, most dragons are limited to only changing species (which is actually how most dragons breed- due to the way they're built, along with radical size differences between dragon families and lineages, dragons breeding in dragon form is usually pretty awkward and uncomfortable) and having to rely on outside magic and surgeries for gender changes.
