On the note of bleeding, I suspect that I do have external hemorrhoid but I got no proof.

Can't see a doctor because there's a 30 minute drive to the next hospital and I got no driving license. And no cheddar.

I would say use tissues but the blood might make it stick and become infected.

Just keep it clean and don't wear tight underwear and if it still bleeds after a day or so I would talk to someone about it.

You can get them at a pharmacy.

Alternatively, cold and pressure usually reduce bleeding, but the effectiveness of that might depend on the size of your wound.
