No seriously though, my friend and I were running around in the Bottom of the Well one time. He was playing cuz I was too scared. But anyway we ran past something we thought was a rock. Slowly, carefully, it moved to full standing height. We screamed. It screeched. We were at the ladder by that time and it was slowly lumbering towards us. I was screaming "GET TO THE LADDER PLAY THE SUN SONG DO SOMETHING" and we finally got away.
.....are you serious?

There were fleas FUCKING EVERYWHERE
this happened to me, except instead of fleas it was flying ants.

Augh bad memories
We have flying ants here in Newfoundland. Unlike most ants, these are like an inch in size, and get everywhere. And there are tons and tons of them.

Millipedes.
When I was about 5 or 4 I was at my dad's house and he was outside. It was nighttime and I was always paranoid that I'd step on some sort of poisonous spider that would bite the shit out of me so I was waiting inside for him.
Well he screams and dashes back inside followed by this giant millipede and I freak and slam the door to my brother's room. I was crying after that.

I'm sorry but that just fit so well. And that sounds really really terrifying, especially for someone five years old.

That's why I love this avatar.

Wolf spiders also seem to think it's hilarious to jump me when I'm taking out the trash at night.
I should start wearing shoes when I do that.

As for my horrifying story, which is a doozy especially when you consider how weird it is.

When I was young, like four or five years old, I was sleeping in my Mom's bed because I had the flu and she didn't want me sleeping alone due to paranoidness on her behalf. So, while I was sleeping, I had a crazy nightmare that this toilet brush (I shit you not) moved slowly through the wall and floated over top of my head, and what's weird about this dream is that everything except for the floating brush was completely normal, it looked exactly like my mom's room did. Anyways, The floating brush started huffing and puffing in this wheezy voice and sneased on me, and I woke up, screaming.

A few months later, I flew to New Brunswick with my mom to visit my grampie and while I was sleeping, I had the same nightmare, except the setting was in the basement. I can't say it effected me negatively at all, but it was daisies scary at the time.
