I guess it's 'brain fever' misspelled
Atleast that's the only thing I can think of

Maybe it's "bran fever", a disease spread primarily by captive lions in Cape Town, South Africa being fed pieces of bran by zoo visitors and thereby giving them an insatiable and unstoppable hunger for old people cereal

Supposedly the lion on top's name is Bren and the bottom one is his boyfriend
