Unfortunately the owner's actual gallery shatters the illusion. The character is actually just a cat-girl. Actually I'd probably say neko - it's kind of weeaboo-y.

I watched him back in the day. He posted a picture he drew for his son and a portrait of his wife. He identified as male completely.
