Best cosplayers imo are the ones that can fit the part.

Not to be offensive, but It's really hard to like a Fat person trying to cosplay as a skinny character.
But if they have a good costume that's well made, I guess it's not a big deal.

I think it depends on the convention. Most Star Wars/Trek costumes are okay. Comicon costumes also aren't that bad. But, I basically agree with that statement.

If you could cosplay who would you cosplay as?

I decided Gary Oak after much thought (seriously). Not cliched/overdone also its a relatively easy outfit.
