I remember someone requesting Magnemite a long time ago but I don't recall if it's been done.
Anyway, Magnemite manages GijinkaPOWER, the town's local power plant, along with her husband, Magneton. Magnezone is distantly related to Magneton, but the two are no longer in contact with each other. The real scandal here is that Magnemite and Magneton are also distantly related, but so distantly you could barely consider them related.
The power plant is responsible for employing most of the town's most unpleasant gijinkas, including Grimer, Swalot, and Loudred.

It'll be done soon and this is the Pidgeot that rescued my Dragonair.

edit: i don't draw black people because i am very bad at it, not because i don't like them so if you think a specific pokemon should be a specific race, draw it yourself, but don't whip out those bullshit "why you racist" jokes because there is nothing that makes me angrier

Enough with the race talk. Like Odd's said, if you REALLY THINK IT IS SUCH A BIG DEAL then draw racially diverse Gijinkas yourself. Drop this now before it gets out of hand.
