An American Tail is the best childrens movie ever in my opinion. I've liked all the movies listed in this thread so far, though.

I love all of those movies.
The only movies I saw that were good this year was Up. The only movie I'm looking forward to next year is The Last Airbender as long as M. Night Shamwow doesn't screw it up. :psyduck:

"The same thing we do every night Pinky. Try to take over the world!"

And on a semi related note, is necroing nostalgia a bad thing?

They can fend off small children with one hand while telling a story about the World War using exaggerated hand gestures with the other.

Of course back then there wasn't any of this "World War Two" shit. It was just the World War! You young whippersnappers and your second World Wars and your Baby Booming and your Genetic Research and your... zzzzz.....

Remember when the point of Apple Jacks cereal and its commercials was that it DIDN'T taste like apple, even though it was called Apple Jacks? And like, in the commercials, only kids understood that fact while the adults were always like "WHAT. WHY ARE THEY CALLED APPLE JACKS IF THEY DON'T TASTE LIKE APPLE?!" and the kids were like "*giggle into cereal*"

Now it's advertised in every commercial that they DO taste like apple. ;_;

Yeah, i miss my non-conformist cereal..

I miss the good ol' days when I could try watching a new cartoon on TV and not have to check if my parents were behind me in case it was "inappropriate"

This.

Not so much inappropriate but awkward.

Not that I watch cartoons anymore.

Oh god anime. It had to be the episode where the heroine walked around half naked the whole time.
