It contains and pumps blood. If blood surrounds the heart it can't beat properly.

But if a person is drowning, water has to be inside their lungs. So I guess hearts drown in reverse?

The weirdest thing happened moments ago while I was playing Mario Kart Wii online. My wiimote's batteries died right after I selected Random map, so I ran upstairs to fetch new ones, but when I came back, everything was acting strange. The race had already started and I had to be at the beginning of the race, but I could hear several bob-ombs and incoming shell warnings. It didn't make sense since all the other players should have been somewhere else on the map. I couldn't see anything because of the huge message telling me to Press A because the connection with the wiimote had been lost. So I put the new batteries in the wiimote and pressed A. There were like 3 players around me (so right behind the finish line), one of them was using a star and driving back and forth across the road, and the other two were throwing bombs everywhere. It makes no sense because they weren't even near item boxes. I drove a bit and noticed I forgot to put the battery protection thingy back, so I stopped and took a few seconds to put it back, and noticed the three players that had stayed with me were still around me. I continued driving and I was sure I was last, but it ended automatically just before I could complete the final lap (30 seconds delay after the first player finishes I guess). I was the 5th out of 10 or 11 players.
I did two other races right after that, and they were weird too. Players would use bombs and lightnings before the race even started and any player would regularly receive 2 blue shells in less than 1 seconds. There were green and red shells and bombs everywhere (some bombs didn't even explode), lightnings every 10 seconds, icons were jumping around on the minimap...

Have you been smoking?

I stopped playing to see if it would fix the problem (and to post my previous post) and now it's working fine.

It probably glitched out
