It keeps the mattress even. Sleeping on a mattress for long starts to deform it, as you're going to sleep on the same spot all the time. It's better to flip it and turn it regularly so it stays even, and it's also a good excuse to vacuum clean your mattress and your bed.

Spoony paradise
There's been a Spoony Paradise in Edwardsville for as long as I can remember.

I thought the name of the place would actually be Spoony Paradise.

Watching Food Network always makes me so hungry.

Alas, my house does not have gourmet foods in it

It doesn't?! Next you're going to tell me that the dish you're preparing isn't already in the oven and you were just preparing yours to show people how.

I don't like the Food network. Watching people be really picky and precise makes me feel lazy when I cook something easy like a burger or some shit.

*watches Food Network*

"Next time I make dinner, I'm going to plate it up, make it look all fancy"

*actually making dinner*

"...Screw it"

*throws hot dog into microwave*

you don't have to have 100 ingredients to make good food. In fact, most good cooks say anyone who tells you to use more than 5 different spices in the same dish usually doesn't know shit.

Today I took some pork strips, marinaded it in a mixture of Sambal and oil, cooked it in the pan until it's done and added coconut milk.
4 Ingredients in all and super delicious. Eat with rice.

I like making fish with an egg batter and a bit of pepper. 3 ingredients (4 counting butter, and 5 counting milk) and it tastes great. I like to be experimental with steak though and try a multitude of spices from the cabinet. I don't even know what half the crap is, but it usually ends up tasting fucking delicious.

I like steak pure.
Or with a beer marinade.
Yes, I'm German.

Mix a spoonful of Chinese 5-spice powder with honey and tomato puree.
Cover chicken breast with the mixture (marinade if you wish).
Grill until cooked.

Tres magnifique.

A REAL German would eat it with sausage marinade

With a side of sausage

And a glass of sausage

I've never had a beer marinated steak before, but I have tried it on chicken and it's pretty good. I prefer spices and soy sauce though.

Cooking meat in general is something I need to get better at.

Luckily I haven't given anyone food poisoning yet, but I figure if I like meat so much I should learn how to prepare it right.

I'm pretty decent at cooking meat, but I can't bake anything. It always ends up doughy, or rock hard. Every now and then, I might make a good batch of something.
