Re: All topics unimportant enough to not create a thread for
Haha, I'm thinking about uploading a few of them to the art thread or something. And then maybe sketching something new to see how far I've come.
This is all to motivate me into furthering my skills as an artist/writer/whatever. I've been in this year-and-a-half-long-minimum slump in motivation and inspiration. I'm hoping to change that very soon.

I'll be in my internet bunker.
Not like I'm one to talk. I've been writing some fanfiction. Haven't posted any of it though. yet

Re: All topics unimportant enough to not create a thread for
I remember when I used to "storyboard" stories I came up with (because I was SO clever) in my notebooks. I was always so proud of them as a kid. Found them again a few years ago, the art is terrible and the plots usually were cliche and revolved around "POWER OF FRIENDSHIP" to a sickening degree.
And everyone was stick figures with dicks, and apparently I thought I was a big balls artist when I did this because I remember "not wanting ti waste my artistic talent" on these. I now know after years of failure that I have no artistic talent.
Goddamn I hate remembering those things. Burn them.

I've still got my horrible drawings, but I keep them because in some cases they bring back a memory of a neat character I forgot to write down, or a scene I never wrote but sounds awesome, and stuff like that.
Stuff goes here later.

Yeah, I have tons of drawings of old characters. So many memories....
Burn 'em to shreds, tear 'em to ashes.

When I woke up yesterday night, it was such an odd feeling. Especially when I got out of bed. It feels like I lost control of my life; maybe I should talk to roomie he seems a bit worried from my latest behaviour.

Got to mail out a box of Pokemon cards. Gonna get $400 for them, not bad for a bunch of spares.
Hoping to hit up a few places for applications while I'm at it. Praying for anything.
And then I still got to plan where I'm going for birthday dinner. I'm bad at making decisions. :/

Re: All topics unimportant enough to not create a thread for
I'm thinking of Cracker Barrel (because fucking christ their chicken and dumplins), the olive garden, or maybe Red Lobster.
Problem is that this is the big 21, and I'm sure mom (and dad, if he comes) is going to order me a drink, and I'm just not sure what would be the best place for a good drink without getting shit food.
I remember my brother went to a steakhouse for his 21st, but I don't much care for steak, and that place wasn't terribly great besides for dessert.

How can you not like steak? I didn't even know that it was physically possible to not like steak!
You should go to a Japanese restaurant and eat hibachi, where they prepare it in front of you. The beer there is good as well; I'm a fan of Sapporo beer, but Asahi is lighter.

Re: All topics unimportant enough to not create a thread for
Well, I like steak just fine, but we eat steak every sunday during the summer, and it's usually better than you can get at a stuffy steakhouse. If I'm going someplace for my birthday, I want something good, and something I'm not going to get at home all that often.
So it's not that I don't like steak, I just don't like going to a restaurant and ordering a steak, it's like going out to eat a burger.

Re: All topics unimportant enough to not create a thread for
I'd agree with that. The steaks my dad makes trump all restaurants.
Red Lobster would be a good place for decent food and alcohol.
