I have unlimited data and I love it. Need a phone upgrade though, the problem is the only phones I like are way expensive.

I only bought the ipod because text messaging app and only having a X years old mp3 player and an even older cell phone.

My mp3 player is 4 years old, I think it's time to get a replacement.

(plus it cost $150 for 8gb when the new nano costs $150 for 16gb)
(also 4 of those 8gb are homestuck music)

Anyway, I have a phone that can send text messages and make phonecalls. It can also fall down a flight of stairs without a scratch. It costed 15 euros.

I used to have a Philip's GoGear mp3 player that broke one day without warning. Like, it wasn't even damaged, save for a miniscule, nearly-invisible dent on the back. The hardware just got corrupted, I guess. Don't know how.
After that my parents got me an iPod classic, which lasted for a couple years...and then broke.
Don't know how that happened, either, but at least I know what happened to it: iPod classics store information on a small disk that has to be read with a needle, and if the needle slips or whatever, it can't read the disc anymore.

So my dad got me an iPod touch to replace it. It's pretty snazzy. Ipod is still the only piece of Apple technology I own.

I have a iPod Nano that I got in 2007 and it still works, which I find surprising considering the abuse it's gone through over the years.
The battery seems to be dying though, since it won't hold a charge for very long anymore.
