Hey, me too. Except it's more "lose about 20 pounds of fat, put on X amount of muscle weight".

Same here Sandwich, but less swim team and more of just staying alive and healthy.

I've been trying to diet and exercise because I am overweight and want not to be. Don't know how reliable those calorie counter apps are, but it's still a shock seeing how much I would eat in a day. Haven't lost much weight yet, but I've put on some muscle, so that's encouraging.

Also no one cares about my belly button.

I'd rather actually be fit than lose weight per se. I wouldn't call myself fat but I sit around like a sack of potatoes all day because I have nothing to do
