Fun fact: A professional translator on German television actually translated may the force be with you to that because he misheard.

Now might be a good time to point out my sarcasm. :pseudo:

As much as I like Star Wars and bad puns, it is still pretty weak.

So I've been exercising over the past two weeks or so. I've been doing a lot of lateral pulldowns and rows, so my back muscles have been hurting a lot.
But lately (the past three days) they haven't been hurting at all. I'm exercising just as I've always been, and the workout seems just as strenuous. Am I doing something wrong or am I just getting used to it?
I'd think if I were getting used to it the workouts would feel easier, but they don't.

Your nerves might be hardening, or whatever the fuck they do after exercising them.

I actually don't know anything about nerves.

Anyway, it sounds like your body is adjusting to your workouts.

Remember, don't use your legs.

Lift entirely with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

Actually don't, you could die.

Your muscles are getting stronger. They also can recover faster. An intense workout will always have you feel it in your muscles, but pain only happens if you're not used to working out. Pain also decreases if you keep experiencing it in the same way.
