I think it lets you attach files in a similar way to e-mails.

Meaning you have to click the attached file to view an image or download a file, for instance.

I saw a newbie do something with it once - I think they attached an image file or something instead of using an image hosting site like the rest of us have become accustom to using - I guess that's also the reason most of us don't use the attachment function.

when you don't eat breakfast, then exercise, you burn fat instead of the carbohydrates you just consumed.

the problem is most people tend to immediately gorge themselves on food afterwards, which pretty much fucks that plan in the booty.

so as long as I don't eat a ton of food after being active, don't snack and shit like that, it works.
and i don't, so there's that.

if you are actually exercising it can make you gain weight cause muscle weighs more than fat

I'm pretty sure a breakfast is a very important part of a healthy diet, so I don't think you should be skipping that. Just eat healthy and exercise, you'll get there. And don't obsess over numbers, if you gain weight but you've actually converted your fat to muscles, you're healthier.

@the attachment thing, it hasn't worked in a long time since the forum is over capacity or something. It says

I can see it being a great way to share non-picture files (self-made music, tutorial videos, game proletariats, etc.).
