I thought it was a typo when I first heard it. You know, like using a template and not fixing a part of it.
But apparently this superintendent or someperson sat down and just decided to add it in on a whim and talked them through it even. It was intentional.

This town in general is a mess.
The Tim Horton's alone is more organized than our entire town.
We had giant hole in our main street for almost a year, forcing maybe 2 stores out of business.

Also, we volunteered hosting the Manitoba Summer Games and SURPRISE! we have no facilities!
So we will have our province's official track races and shit at the highschool track that surrounds the football field.

What's that you say? A good job opportunity? WRONG. It's all volunteer work.
