I think of sloth & riku as the aunt and uncle couple that are so nice and loving that it's sickeningly sweet.

So my friend had to sign a papers at the begging of the school year saying you won't skip class, do drugs, etc.

One of these was painting a mural for the cafeteria.
She needs to pain a giant mural or be expelled.

This is so illegal I've lost what little faith I had left in our education system.

Is she an artist that they just slipped that in without her knowing?

She's an artist and apparently she needed to sign it in order to attend.

I don't know all the details, but that's what I understand.

Does it explain what kind of mural or does it leave it up to her? Because a cafeteria is a great place to put a collage of dicks in the name of art.

That can't be legal by any stretch of imagination, she should take the matter to officials outside the school or something

Unless it's actually part of her educational syllabus.

I don't see how having to plan and paint a large scale piece of art is exceptional for an educational course focussing on art and design (I presume that is what her course entails).
