A whole chicken will take that long to cook because the heat has to penetrate so much meat and bone (and stuffing if you don't want it drying out.

Like D-vid said, if you're just cooking pieces of chicken it wont take as long.

If it has to be a whole chicken, little convection ovens cook quicker than a regular oven, or you could always butterfly the chicken.

Was driving today and saw a billboard for a bailbonds service that was just a picture of the Vault Boy with the owner of the service's head photoshopped on

it made no other reference to Fallout

I'm a senior and don't have to take state testing anymore. So I get to stay home until 10:30 AM (CST).

So guys, I've been thinking about doing a little voice acting, but I'm having trouble on deciding which microphone to use. Here are the three (four if you count the air filter/cover) microphones I have available:

- Basic Headset: Just a barebones headset. One earpiece and a mic attached to it.
- Xbox Headset: Slightly more luxurious (poofy) headset. One big poofy earpiece with a mic attached to it.
- USB Microphone: Regular microphone, lesser quality. I have an air filter that I can put on it as well.

Of course, this would be easier with samples, right? Luck for you, I have 'em.
"No, no, no more excuses! I will take my leave of you backstabbing filth."
Basic Headset
USB Microphone (No Filter)
USB Microphone (With Filter)
Xbox Headset

I'm leaning more towards the covered microphone, myself, but I'll let you decide. You'll have to actually download the file to hear the entire quote, so I'm sorry for that.

Didn't know where this would go so I just posted in Unimportant.

Headsets have terrible mic quality

if you're serious, buy a proper mic that costs more than twenty dollars

Look around, check podcast websites. They usually have good value mics if they are popular.

daisies. I don't have cheddar so there goes that idea. :\

Edit: Wait a sec, I think my mom has one. But there's the issue of getting it hooked up to the computer. Any ideas? I think there's an adapter jack but I'm not sure if we have it.

I just got a great recording mic that works very well.

I got mine as a gift, but I understand it was around $80 or so.

I'm really missing seeing my pet snake at the moment. She's been getting ready to shed her skin for the past week so has been staying hidden in her hide (I won't disturb her when she's in shed).

I generally only handle her a few times a week and rarely for more than a quarter hour at a time, but I realise how much I miss seeing her face when she's like this.

I suppose this is what platonic love does to a person.
