You should always do at least some type of exercise. It is good for you.

Anyone saying they don't need to exercise is deluding themselves. Outer appearances mean next to nothing. Internal is what matters, and that can be far worse than you think you are.
Case in point, I'm 225 lbs and 6'5". Skinny, tall, and nothing really revealing on the outside. On the inside I'm pre-diabetic with dangerous levels of bad cholesterol, a 26% BMI, and high risk for a heart attack if I wasn't busy cleaning up my act like I'm doing.

Aaaah aahhh I asked my coach for a physical exam form today so I can join the swim team next year
I took it home and started filling it out and now dad's doing the rest oh my goodness this is a thing that's happening
Feeling pretty nervous seeing as how I don't know how good I am at swimming but also a bit excited
Guess I can take my time this summer to BUFF UP for swimming yaaaay
